We are excited to have your son attend boys camp this year. There are three things that need accomplished to sign-up your son.

1 - Fill out the information form

2 - Print and sign BOTH waivers, then return them to a lead counselor or a committee member

3 - Submit a donation, if you can, to help cover camping, activity, shirts, and food.

2 - Print out and sign waivers

Below is the activity and medical consent waivers. These forms needs filled out and signed by a parent or guardian before your son can go to boys camp. Please return the waivers to the lead counselor or one of the committee members.


3 - submit Payment

Use the button below to submit payment for your camper. The suggested amount is $35 to $55.
The button below will allow you to pay the amount that fits your budget. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please contact a committee member.
